REFUND POLICY
At PulseForge, we are committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals with high-quality facilities and services. If you need to cancel or are unsatisfied with your membership or service, our refund policy is as follows: Membership Cancellation: If you cancel your membership within 14 days of signing up and have not used the gym more than once, you are eligible for a full refund. If you cancel your membership after 14 days, refunds will not be issued, but your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Long-term memberships (3, 6, or 12 months) can be paused or transferred, but are not refundable after the first 14 days. Class & Personal Training Cancellations: Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class or session are not eligible for a refund. Dissatisfaction with Services: If you are not satisfied with a specific class, personal training session, or other paid service, please contact us within 3 days of the session. We will assess your concern and may offer a refund, reschedule, or credit depending on the situation. We value your health, time, and commitment, and we’re here to support you.
